It was anything but calm at the final face-off between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul in Texas last night. The two went head-to-head in Dallas, and things took a wild turn when Tyson slapped Paul on stage during the weigh-in, sending fans into a frenzy. At 58 years old, Tyson is coming out of a 19-year retirement to take on Paul, a YouTuber-turned-boxer known for his own brand of controversy.

Mike Tyson and Paul Throw Taunts and Threats

As the crowd gathered for the weigh-in, fans roared for the former heavyweight champion while booing Paul, who seemed unfazed. Both fighters made weight: Tyson at 228.4 pounds, rocking Versace briefs, and Paul coming in just under at 227.2 pounds. When the two finally squared off, Tyson suddenly slapped Paul across the cheek. Security quickly stepped in to separate them, but not before Paul fired back with a string of taunts.

“I didn’t even feel it,” Paul said afterward. “He’s angry. He’s an angry little elf… cute slap, buddy.” Paul then threw in a chilling message for Tyson: “Tomorrow you’re getting knocked the f*** out. I’m f***ing him up.”

Meanwhile,  Mike Tyson didn’t give much of a reaction. He kept it short, saying, “Talking’s over,” before walking offstage. It’s clear Tyson has no interest in further words—he’s ready to let his fists speak for him on fight night.

A Viral Moment That’s Heating Up Fight Hype

The slap instantly went viral across social media, with fans sharing the clip and fueling the anticipation for what promises to be a spectacle. This fight has divided fans, with some eager to see Tyson reclaim his legendary status and others rooting for Paul to pull off the impossible against one of boxing’s biggest names.

With only hours to go, the intensity surrounding Tyson and Paul’s face-off has people wondering just how heated things will get once the bell rings. Tyson’s slap has raised the stakes, and if Paul’s words are any indication, there’s no chance of either fighter holding back. It’s safe to say all eyes are on Texas tonight.
